The wait is over!

Congratulations to Chicken Salad Chick on the successful grand opening of their first Minnesota location in Apple Valley! Tuesday’s opening was met with an incredible response, with guests lining up around the building to experience what has quickly become one of the country’s fastest-growing restaurant concepts.

Known for its made-from-scratch chicken salad served in a variety of unique flavors, along with fresh sandwiches, soups, and Southern-inspired sides, Chicken Salad Chick has grown to more than 300 locations across the country. We’re excited to help introduce this one-of-a-kind concept to Minnesota.

We are proud to be the partner to bring Chicken Salad Chick to Minnesota and are excited to be part of their continued growth in the Twin Cities.

Even more exciting, this is just the beginning. Construction on a second Minnesota location will be kicking off soon, and we look forward to sharing more details when the time is right.
